Weigh in update
Ok so at the beginning of this week I was at 122lbs which is not ideal and I feel embarrassed to even post but doing it to give you an idea of what I started at. It is now Thursday and in four days I have lost about three pounds which could all be water weight that I'm loosing but I'd like to think it's fat. (Hopeful) I have been drinking lots of water and no juice or sodas or any sugary drinks. If anyone knows me you know I am huge on sugar drinks especially soda so for me to stay away it's pretty hard. I'm focused and determined to continue this way and hope to reach my goals. I have yet to work out because my schedule just doesn't permit. But my schedule will be lighter come July and august so I hope to start working out then. I will keep you posted on progress and will weigh in each week. I'm proud to say I haven't had a cheat meal yet and will try and refrain from doing so as much as possible if I do cheat I will definitely post about it because I have stay true to you and myself. We all have are weak moments and are all human one little mishap won't change everything I promise if it does so happen. Let me know what you have done to get fit I'd love to hear about your goals and or progress.
Dinner has changed
Today's dinner was different of course because if you don't already know I have class on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is why my dinner on those days is easy and quick. So instead of making chicken breast and veggies I used the microwave and cooked up some gluten free Perdue chicken strips and had spinach leaves with very little olive oil and Italian seasoning it was good and it satisfied my hunger. This is what it looked like.
Lunch
Is the same as well I had a light ceaser salad with gluten free Perdue chicken which tastes delicious that will not change because I truly enjoy munching on my salads. They are very filling and really help me not to crave things for the rest of the day it really does keep me feeling full until dinner.
Same old
Breakfast is pretty much routine I have been eating the same thing for four days now like yesterday I had eggs green peppers spinach tomatoes and whole wheat fiber grain flat bread with avocados and think it's time to switch it up a bit stay tuned to any meal changes.
Dinner
For dinner I had chicken breast with red peppers mushrooms and asparagus with brown rice this is what it looked like
Lunch
For lunch I had a light ceaser salad once again but with gluten free chicken strips these are the strips I used you can find them at publix or any food store I believe

Breakfast & Tea benefits
Good morning all. Happy Wednesday! This morning I pretty much ate the same thing I always have for breakfast which is eggs, green and red peppers, spinach and avocado and tomatoes with whole wheat fiber grain flat bread. But instead of drinking water like always I drank tazo zen tea which is really tasty and is a blend of green tea infused with lemongrass which is a good source of vitamin C and A, it's an anti-oxidant, and has many other health benefits you can look up the benefits on this website http://juicing-for-health.com/basic-nutrition/healing-vegetables/health-benefits-of-lemongrass.html I added some mint leaves to give it a bit more oomph. Mint leaves stimulate digestive enzymes that absorb nutrients from food and consume fat and turning it into energy. Which means if you add mint to your diet, you are increasing the amount of fat that is being consumed and put to use instead of being stored and contributing to your weight gain!
