I post what I eat with each passing day as well as post any workouts that I do. Just like any other person I have a very busy and hectic schedule and its hard to not just grab the junk on my way out the door.

ok so I got a little hungry after lunch and I had a snack. I had fresh strawberries which were absolutely scrumptious. So red and ripe!!
