Journey to fitness blog offers and provides viewers and followers with health and fitness tips. It provides daily posts about what I am currently doing to keep myself fit and healthy and how the things I do can help others reach their goals right along with me. I post what I eat with each passing day as well as post any workouts that I do. Just like any other person I have a very busy and hectic schedule and its hard to not just grab the junk on my way out the door.

I'm starting this blog as I start my journey to living a fit and healthy lifestyle. My journey will begin on Monday 5/19/14. My plan is to eat as healthy as possible and integrate as much cardio as possible into my busy schedule. I will post pictures of what I eat throughout each day and post if I exercise. I hope that these posts will keep me on the right track and help others on the same road as me.
