I post what I eat with each passing day as well as post any workouts that I do. Just like any other person I have a very busy and hectic schedule and its hard to not just grab the junk on my way out the door.

Here it is guys as promised this is what I had for breakfast. I have to say though I didn't eat the whole thing because of how filling it was. Breakfast consisted of eggs, chopped green onions, chopped spinach leaves, tomatoes and avocado with whole wheat fiber grain flat bread. This is my end product
