Journey to fitness blog offers and provides viewers and followers with health and fitness tips. It provides daily posts about what I am currently doing to keep myself fit and healthy and how the things I do can help others reach their goals right along with me. I post what I eat with each passing day as well as post any workouts that I do. Lunch
For lunch I had a light ceaser salad once again but with gluten free chicken strips these are the strips I used you can find them at publix or any food store I believe
